About Me
Guy qualified in 1987 and has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial property market; 5 years in London and the rest in the Channel Islands. After 10 years at Healey & Baker Cushman & Wakefield’s Jersey office, Guy set up Guy Gothard & Co in 2003 before selling his business to CBRE in 2017.
Guy is responsible for the Agency and Professional Services sides of the business.
